New Year Resolutions

So with the new year upon us I thought it would be interesting to hear what fellow board members have planned for the new year (and a new decade now that I think about it!). Whether it be in magic, personal, school, etc. I'll kick it off.

1. Perform more!
2. Create at least one new trick.
3. Dress better
4. Make at least $5 with magic.
5. Stop buying so much stuff

Of course goals can change through the year but these are some I am determined to accomplish.

1 - Design and print business cards
2 - Perform more often
3 - Perform for money
4 - Come up with more ideas that advance my magic, and the art of magic as a whole
5 - Design a website
6 - Design my own deck of cards
7 - Expand my areas of magic to things like rubber bands, ropes, coins, rings, napkins, pens, abducted Russian satellites, and yeah. Etc. ANYWAY.
8 - Write down my ideas in an orderly, structured, civilized way
9 - Get myself more known among magicians in New York City, America, and around the world
10 - Stop flourishing so much and focus on the magic and presentation
11 - CONTINUING THE FREAKIN AWESOMENESS

So, that is my current list, but it will probably change ROUGHLY 8 and a half times in the next two days. Yeah I said half. What, doesn't make sense? I'm a magician, what do you expect???

2. Brush up my classic force.
3. Improve grades (school)
4. Get a girlfriend (personal life)
5. Win more eBay auctions, particularly in magic and physics.

My New Years Resolution is to start a 2011 magic journal, so I can in 2012, or any time during the year look back on my ideas, to make new ones, and have fun creating. If you like this idea, please tell me

*Read 50 (non-magic) books

*Save more monies than I did this year

*Finish fleshing out my character for performances

*I'm gonna catch'em All

*Weight loss...of which the holidays didn't help.

I should be able to get one or two of them done in a year...

Less resolutions and more focus on each resolution > too many resolutions

That being said:
-Create my own wordpress theme (graphics included)
-Save (on average) 150,000 yen / month from my paycheck (around 1,650 USD).
-Drop back down to 140 lbs (my highschool fighting weight class) from my current 172 lbs *gasp!

Nice! I have done it quite a few times, it's just that I'm quite the sugar-addict.. my conditioning is great though. I did 53 pushups in a minute because my friends couldn't believe I could do it!

ANYWAY back to the resolutions.
