Hey Projeet!
Good first video! Here is what I like and what I didn't

Good:
Tricks/Cardistry - Looks good and will fool most viewers. After all this is the most important aspect.

Needs some work:
Lighting - This is optional but with better lighting you video image quality may improve.
Video Cuts - A little too choppy for my taste (I know uncut cardistry is difficult) but try to stay in about the same place so cuts will not be so evident.

Hey,
I want to say that I agree with Bryant_Tsu about the video editing and lighting, work on those two.
Second I want to say that for some tricks you did flash, so work on that. Also not all of the cardistry moves were perfected.
I have only one advice for you: Practice, Practice, Practice.
