If you notice.. at 0:15-0:16 he does a...like one handed deal (with some sexy sound ) anyone know what its called? have an references to it? thanks

The deal you're talking about is called the Bullet Deal.

I learned it in Ellusionist's Ninja 1 DVD, but I'm sure there are other places to learn it (although Brad explains it very well on Ninja 1). I also found the tips here to be tremendously helpful.

I don't think the one-handed deal is visible enough to identify exactly what move it is. It could be Lennart Green's "Thumb Shot" from Green Magic Volume 1 DVD, Paul Le Paul's Rapid One-Handed Deal (aka "Bullet Deal") from The Card Magic of Le Paul, or the "Shooting Single Handed Deal" that Dai Vernon teaches in "Inner Secrets of Card Magic". And, just in case you're interested, the first two of these techniques can be used for second dealing as well as a flourishy legitimate deal.
