can anyone please respond who have used kardwell.com. I'm looking to order 20 decks in time for christmas.I'm from the uk and seem to remember a few years ago,when i tried to order,they asked me to send proof of id and documents do they still do this because I no longer have a scanner.
also hows there delivery service?
