Palour Decks - Phoenix Deck

Recently in Genii magazine (January edition to be exact) the magazine included several cards with it for an effect enclosed. The cards were the new Phoenix Deck from the Phoenix deck project by Christian Schenk

Though the cards in the magazine were not the same size as normal cards. This new size of cards (larger than a normal deck) are called Parlour Decks. The cards are designed in a way that they will give the view of jumbo sized cards without being jumbo sized (given the larger print and size increase).

What do you guys think? Do you guys think that the maneuverability of the cards will suffer because of the size increase? Do you think that this is a worthwhile investment for Card-Shark?

I can`t tell you about the parlour cards, but everything Christian put out is solid, usable stuff. He really is someone who cares about Magic and his customers.
The phoenix deck my main deck now, because I can get everything I want in that design. Gaffs, double deckers etc.
And 'Get Sharky' is the best trick I´ve seen in years. A real killer.

I will probably use the parlour set in the future, as I often perform for older people with poor eyesight and the size seems to be perfect. Not too large, not too small.
