I am looking for the method, or one similar for this trick:

... I saw a kid do a similar one on Youtube, but did not like the finish. I've always loved packet tricks and this one strikes my fancy. I'm reverse engineering this right now, but it would be nice to have confirmation. Does anyone have any leads? Thanks so much!
