Pinochle deck

hello all, I have recently acquired a lovely vintage pinochle deck. Can any one recommend any literature with magic specific to this style deck? Or should I simply modify poker deck magic to suit my needs?

Can you acquire a regular poker size deck of playing cards?? I think it would definitely make things easier

I'm not familiar with any magic tricks that use a pinochle deck...I don't see the point because of all the double cards.

There is a chapter on Pinochle Deals in Nick Trost's Subtle Card Creations, Volume 2. I'm not sure if those require a pinochle deck or not.

Nick Trost's Pinochle Deal from The Card Magic of Nick Trost p. 239 (full pinochle deck using Gilbreath Principle)

Nick Trost's Double Pinochle with an Elevator Finish from The Card Magic of Nick Trost p. 22 (version of Knockout Aces with a Pinochle theme but not necessarily using a pinochle deck.)

Brother John Hamman's The Pinochle Trick from Secrets of Bro. John Hamman p. 99 and Collected Almanac p. 130 (Pinochle based packet trick not necessarily using a pinochle deck).

There also is a trick in Robert Neale's Life, Death and Other Card Tricks using a pinochle Deck (will need to look a little more to find the name and page reference).
