Just wondering what strategies people use for building their skills. I am working with Eric Jone's Metal DVD, which has an excellent compilation of sleights and moves, but I am trying to think about the best way to develop the essentials. Most of the time that people talk about practicing, they mostly discuss ways to check if the sleight is ready for performance. While that is certainly the end goal, I think having a plan to get to that point makes sense as well. Does anyone have a training regimen for coin work that they are particularly happy with?
