Pressure Fan-Right Thumb?

Hi! I seem to be running into this trouble with pressure fans. I can do all the pressure stuff and whatnot, but when I reach the point at the end, where you finish off, I don't know what to do with my right thumb (right thumb as in the hand that's applying the pressure). I mean, in the end, it gets stuck in that little hole in between my left thumb and the deck. Any advice?? Thanks.

For the most part your not suppose to hold that thumb there through the entire fanning process. The right hand thumb should let go of the bottom of the deck about halfway through and the fingers will finish the pressure fan. The right hand thumb in the beginner just aids in getting the pressure fanning started. If you want to see what I'm talking about just try doing a pressure fan without using the RIGHT HAND THUMB at all, that should help you understand the fan better. Hope this helps.
