Psychological Subtleties 1 First Edition + First Printing

Greetings fellow magicians,

I have a real quick question about a first print+first edition of Psychological Subtleties, I was wondering if anyone knows what sort of price and how much the first edition and first print of Banachek's PS1 book might run for.

Also, one more quick question. Does anyone know how much an uncut sheet of Lee Asher's 605 Fournier cards?

The reason I am asking these questions is because I am going to be getting married within the next month and I don't exactly have all that much money. I also never knew that weddings would cost so much darn money, and I am still trying to wrap my head around it, and just how I am going to pay for certain things.

So if anyone could please get back to me with an answer to both or either one of my questions, I would be eternally grateful.

This book can get very pricey. I've seen them go consistently for upwards of $200. A first edition could sell for more, I'm sure.
