Psypher 2.0

When I bought the product (Psypher 2.0), the marker (whiteboard marker) didn't work. It's inkless.

When I tried it to transfer on the other marker (permanent) it also didn't work or write. Just because I transfered it on permanent marker or what? Please help me. Thank you so much!

Try contacting Penguin, they might be able to send you another one for free

The issue could be in the calibration of the secret stuff. I know that was tripping me up until I realized I was calibrating it the wrong way. I would also contact Penguin and ask for a new marker since the one they supplied you with should be able to write.
