I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this: I ordered the Grateful Dead playing cards, and they arrive with the tuck box already coming unglued. I contacted theory 11, and they offered to replace it. The replacement arrived, and it had the exact same issue. They offered to replace it again, and it just arrive today, and again, it has the exact same issue. Three times in an row. Anyone else having this issue, or am I just the least lucky customer on here? For what it’s worth, I have seven other theory 11 decks. One Artisan Black had the same issue, but all the others arrived fine.
Quality control issues with Grateful Dead cards

Honestly I have probably close to 100 decks from t11 and most of the few problems I've had was with border issues. Although I don't have any grateful dead decks yet that might just be a problem with that specific deck. I guess they use Hemp fiber paper for the tuck so maybe that's just an issue with that deck specifically.
