I received Quantum a couple of days ago, and I love the effect. My only issue is when I opened the package, and tried it out, ( I had watched the online video explanation after I purchased it), [edited for exposure]. Anyone else notice this or had this problem?

Did you contact support? Seems to me that would have been better than exposing part of the trick.
