Question about releasing your own PK touch routine

I am not planning on releasing any PK touch routines. I am simply curious.

But I was wondering if someone had some good PK touch routines, using Banachek’s concept from his booklet “Psychokinetic Touches”, could they legally release it?

Let me clarify. Someone has some original and interesting PK touch effects, but they use the same method as Banachek, could they release it for the same price (or less) as Banachek’s booklet, and then there would be absolutely no reason to buy Banachek’s booklet, since the one they made includes both the method and some routines?

Well, if it's the same method as Banachek's, it would be pretty crappy to try to release it without his express permission and you'd probably get a ton of flak for it.

I kind of guessed so.
By the way, I did my first PK touch today after getting Banachek’s PK Touches (even though I had guessed the method from watching a performance). They were pretty amazed.

I've been doing varieties of PK Touches for over ten years I think. When it's done right, it's amazing. But it's also easy to do poorly.
