Contrary to those posting before me, I think you could still use a bit more practice on it. Overall, you did fine, but you could work on the fluidity of everything a little more - make it look more natural. Maybe it's just me, but you look like you're performing rather stiffly.
Also, when you're planting the Ace from the bottom of the deck into the packet of the "jacks", you flashed. Try rotating your hands forward, that should conceal the bottom card transfer.
