For those familiar with both; what are the advantages/comparisons with Sleeper to Kundalini Rising. I know that both allow for the spectator to be holding the deck when the card rises.

I'm not too sure about Kunalini Rising but I can speak about Sleeper. What makes Sleeper unique is that it has a locking mechanism that causes the rising card to "sleep" in a deck that doesn't even need a card box to hide the gimmick. Whenever you are ready, you can unlock the gimmick to cause the card to rise and the rising is all self=contained. I uploaded a YouTube review of Sleeper for a better in depth analysis of it.
