I was wondering if anyone can point into the direction where I can a sound gimmick? You know it's like instant radio but you can do another sounds as well? Does anybody know what it's called?

SoundzAmazing by Shahid Malik is what you're looking for. Has Instant Radio built in and you can do almost any sound.

I've published a "poor mans" variation to this that it used in Seance work. I'll not give you all the details but I will say MP3 + Ear Plugs on a Pull and leave it at that ;-)
