R riseaknight Jan 25, 2018 7 2 Dec 28, 2018 #1 Hi, my spider pen's motor keeps running and wont stop unless you take battery out or if it catches on the wax. There is no 30 secs on/off. Is there any way to fix this? I bought this brand new. Thanks
