Stripping infinity thread

Hi!

I just received the infinity thread on a spool today from penguin magic. It consists of 3 strand, where I need to strip one of them. It is very hard to do, and I was wondering If anyone has any tips on stripping the thread. I have tried various things (between the nails, using a nail file or needle), and I can't seem to get the strand separated.

Hi!

Pinch near the end of the thread with the tip of the fingers of the left end. With the right first and seond pinch the end of it and pull sharply and quickly. Do it for a few times and you should see the thread separated. You can now strip the wanted strand away.
It's important you start from a not-twisted thread. To strip it one of the end should be attached to a surface. Be careful and without hurry.
