Support Question

  1. So I sent a request to support 2 days ago and I am yet to get a response. I even sent a message to JB. Still nothing. I'm posting here just to see if they will notice and I can get some kind of response.
     
  2. Hey Shea, we answer all support requests within 12 business hours, always. I just checked our system, and I see no unresolved tickets from your account. Can you re-submit that message here now and we will ensure this gets resolved for you ASAP?

    And it was concerning where to send my address in for the SNC
