I know it's taught in AoA 3 and that it's basically juggling with cards, but what is the specific effect?

basically the pefromance they way that Mr.Harris does it that he peforms a double lift then mimics the movemnet of simple swicth then he shows that the card swicthed then you say let me do it slower and then do the simple switch

confusing huh lol

or you can peform they way that Mr.Blaine does

It's not really a magic effect in itself. It's more of a utility move/ and or a flourish for switching 2 cards simultaneously in the air. It looks real nice when added with a 1 card or 2 card transpo at the end. However, I like to just use "Instant replay" to shoot a card from one hand to another for the sake of displaying a card. Hope that helps!

Just buy the whole set at once, you will regret it if you dont.
