Recently my hard drive crashed on my MAC. I lost all 18 of my downloads from theory 11. I contacted the customer support of theory 11 to see if they could help me out and let me get my downloads back. I was not sure i i would get all of them back since they all can from as far back as 2 years ago. Well theory 11 went back into my order history and found every download i have ever made through them and gave me another 3 days to download all of them.
