theory11 support

I ordered somthing off of theory11 yesterday and i messed up on the shipping info so i emailed theory11 support and i they still havnt responded.Whats up with that?

We take all support issues very seriously, and prompt responses from our support crew have been a primary priority for us since launch. Our support team is lightning fast, with all responses sent within 12 business hours, always. Our average response time during business hours is actually within minutes. That said, our team is only in the office during business hours, Mondays through Fridays.
