THREAD question

I ordered Thread DVD and I have learned how to do it, but I can't get the thread to stop clumping on the way out of my eye. Any suggestions?

I would say to either prepare the thread more carefully to make sure it's "smooth" and to close your eyes as you pull. This happened to me, but you need to play around with it to get the idea of how it works.
