I am assuming that some people here use topits. I don't know how to sew, any idea how I can add a topit? Will a seamstress add one? Has anyone asked one to do that for them? Or do i just need to learn how to sew?

Go to a tailor - they'll be able to do it.

A tailor is the way to go, unless you know someone who has done that sort of sewing. It's fairly easy to do, but does require some knowledge.

There is also 'TKO' on the market as well.. which i believe comes with everything necessary..

unless you are going for the 'Classic Topit' in which case i'll just echo above and take it to a tailor

If you have access to any magic shop, just go and buy it there, it's quiet cheap thing (although great if mastered!). You can also search on ebay.
