He kind of already did the sleep deprivation thing when he was hanging upside. He said it was incredibly hard to fall asleep and also that when he thought about the sleep thing, they pretty much told him not to do it.

The diving stunt seemed more for him to train for holding his breath on Oprah.

I don;t think he's done the diving stunt yet (To my knowledge) and the sleep deprivation was supposed to be almost two weeks I think (11 days maybe? I forget)
