Two Questions

Hello All, I have two questions,

First, can anyone give me some history on the "Sandwich" plot as far as card magic goes? Where was it first published? By whom? Any history would be great.

Second, does anyone do a tabled top-change? deck on table or card on table? Just out of curiosity.

Collectors is another name for Sandwich given by Roy Walton. I think you should check out this video. Personally, I find this enjoyable and I think you should too.

For the second question, I don't do table top change.
