Why isn't USPS First Class Large Mail offered for a single deck like it is for 2 or 3 decks?
For a single deck, the cheapest shipping is USPS Priority Mail 2-Day for around $8.79 (paying almost double for a standard T11 deck)
2 and 3 decks have the option of USPS First-Class Mail Large Envelope for $2.26 and $2.92 respectively.
4 decks go back to USPS Priority Mail 2-Day $8.79 (prob because USPS First-Class Mail Large Envelope has a max weight limitation)
At 5 ground is cheaper at $9.71 and 6 and above is usually free shipping.
As far as I can tell on USPS' site, there is no minimum weight or limiting factor which prevents the usage of USPS First Class Large Mail for a single deck.
