Just made a change to all the videos in the media section that should make them load anywhere from 2 to 4 times faster now.
There is still an issue in certain videos (if they were WMV files) that the audio and video aren't synchronized, but I'm looking into a good solution for that one too.
In the meantime, if you want to submit a video and get it posted ASAP, make it a Quicktime Movie, an MP4, or a YouTube video.
