It is a foundational move for lots of modern flourishing. Originally published in Chris Kenners "Totally Out of Control"(I think...)You can learn it from most intro level flourishing dvds. The Cuso used to have a tutorial on YouTube but I'm not sure if it is still up? I'm not sure if there is a one on one here at t11? Seems there ought to be.

Its pretty much or was the starting point of 90% of flourishes. But as the art has advanced more creative methods of cardistry has been developed and I would say now at least 50-60% of all flourishes are based from the Sybil.

Well, it's the basis for most self-created cut-flourishes with a D&D-esque style. You can find Sybil in lots of flourishes.

Personally, I'm more of a fan of single card flares, and so I tend to drift more towards material like Andrei Jikh, Alejandro Portela, and Chris Hestnes (not that I personally know any of Hestnes' material, but the work I've seen is phenomenal).
