Being new to IT thread work I would like to know what's the best strongest and most Invisible thread on the market.

I have bought the Venom and I also believe it comes with practice thread that is slightly thicker than normal IT REEL thread. This is preferred by Arthur Chavaudret however he never names the brand he uses. I have ordered wonder thread. also I would like to make my own loops??

If you want to make your own loops, go ahead and buy Yigal Mesika's Invisible Thread.

Same stuff used in loops, and T2 I believe, so you would be good for your ITR. It comes in a dental floss like box and is called "Mesika Elastics".

You will also need to buy some magician's wax.

I personally will use Michael Ammar's Magician's Wax by Palmer Magic, since that's what I have, but you can pretty much use any wax you come across.

I've tried it with Bee's Wax, but it is kinda hard to manipulate? Granted, it was pretty sketchy - I bought a thing of Magician's Wax on Amazon, and got a stick of Bee's Wax.... Seems Legit.

1 more thing, use a coin to get the wax off the jar/cube. You will be using a lot less wax, and softening it at the same time. Plus, if it gets under your fingernails, it can cause irritation and itchiness which is not fun. So use a coin or a small knife. It is pretty hard when you get it, so mold it around to get it softer.

I doubt what wax you use matters. I know Mesika sells his own wax in a clever box. It has 200 pre-rolled pellets that are easy to load into your hand (according to the description). Probably great for your ITR.

I'm betting for centuries magicians have been taking a readily available item and re-labeling it so they can sell it. "Magician's wax" is an umbrella term for any wax used by magicians to stick things to other things. It was usually bee's wax, because that's easy to work into being soft and sticky and it holds thread well. I've also seem some kind of grey putty relabelled as magician's wax, but I don't know the original product.

It doesn't really matter, though. Anything that will mold around the end of the thread so you can easily manipulate it or stick it to something will do the job.
