Where can I get some TH9s other than E?

HI,
I was wondering where I can get some Tally hos I have bought one a magic store and have a few others I love them but I was wondering where I could get them in bulk. I know Ellusionist sells them for 11.50 for 3 decks is that a good deal?

Ok thanks alot and also do you know what the grouping is with the fan backs circle backs, Red/Blue?? I was interested in getting 6 blue fan backs and 6 blue circle backs but if I just get 3 of each with that deal that would be great anyway!

www.filmart.com has them in bricks, but only the circle backs. it comes out to a bit over 1.50 depending on how much you buy. shipping is 10 dollars no matter how much you buy. if you buy 504 decks (42 bricks) shipping is free
