The story we were told was that Chris didn't like how things were turning out while filming. Then he and Katie had their baby. Needless to say, things got even busier for him. So, I'm guessing this project is still on hold, as we haven't heard anything about this in a couple of years. Get the book! It's great!

The book is out of print, and rather hard to find currently for a decent price.
