Thought this is something that might interest all of you who like a freebie.
It's an online magazine called Top Hat that is 100% free and has no advertising or any commercial connections whatsoever. Everyone who contributes to it does so on a voluntary basis and Michael Jay, the editor, actively encourages anyone to send him articles, tricks or whatever that he can use.
It's rare you get something for nothing these days, but in this case, that's exactly what this is.
