How do you create it?
When the spectator is holding the plastic bag, and she's (he's, it's) almost feeling a little warm sensation from her own body heat - what do you say? What do you do?
Lee Asher (at least on the dvd) blows on the hand. Twice, in order to create suspense, but also to add some comic relief.
Personally, I haven't gotten around to performing it a lot. I would say half a dozen times. But now that I'm really getting the hang of it, I've been thinking more thoroughly.
