This depends on how the music you're interested in has been released - is it released as a royalty-free license for commercial use, or is it copyrighted and protected work of the author? If the latter, you'll need explicit permission from the artist in order to use their music (their work) in a commercial product - a product to be sold. There are, however, tons of royalty-free music options with music you can use (after paying a nominal fee). For that, check out AudioJungle and similar online outlets.
