Hello!
theory11 didn't print the Wynn decks in the first place! They were old cards from the Wynn Casino in Las Vegas. We were able to pick up lots of these cards and sold them until we ran out. The Wynn Casino has no public plans to ever reprint these, so they are likely gone for good.
