can anyone recomend me good DVD or Books about Faro Shuffle??? how many trick with faro shuffle that you collect??

faro shuffle huh?

i think tricks doesn't actually use the genuine faro shuffle, if they use it, it would probably be for showing that you did actually shuffled the deck since by that time they'd already controlled the card to the top or the bottom, most of them use false faro shuffles used in tricks like triumph. as for the shuffle itself its a bit of a knacky move. try looking for extreme beginners vol. 1.

There are hundreds of tricks that use a genuine faro shuffle. Infact, there are probably more known tricks that use a genuine faro than a false faro.

A perfect faro is very hard to get down to a science, but learning how to do a partial Faro should be some what easy to learn and take you maybe a few weeks of practice. There are a bunch of tricks out there that use the partial faro.

Ortiz is your guy for the faro work. He has a great way to get into a well known stack that uses two back-to-back faros, from an unopened deck of cards. Brilliant stuff, and almost impossible to think up.

The great thing about the faro is that once you can do it consistently, you can mathematically come up with some IMPOSSIBLE looking stuff.

Also, I think Stewart James does this great sandwich routine with a faro...

Scott.

Ed Marlo's Revolutionary Card Technique has a lot of information! Two chapters, actually.
Jean Hugard & Frederick Braue's Expert Card Technique has got a couple of pages on the Faro Shuffle, but RCT is definately superior.
In Darwin Ortiz's Scams and Fantasies with Cards there are a couple of tricks with involve a perfect Faro (the brillant trick 'Ultimate Oil and Water' being one of them).

Hope I helped,
