Manipulations for the Video Contest?

Hi i'm wondering if anyone knows for the video contest if we are able to do alternate manipulations like contact juggling, balisong manip etc.

yes, if you can do "time manipulation", you could go back to when they were due (yesterday) and submit your vid.

also a guy did some penspinning in one hand and cardistry in the other and it looked pretty cool.
