Hey there Cardistry!

Creativity is a science that is different for everyone. There are hundreds of people like Sternberg, Ariely, and Amable who all devoted their lives to finding out what makes people creative. Each day, hundreds of courses are taught on just one specific facet of creativity. So defining "tips on being creative" can be difficult.

That being said, the blog on Penguin Magic hosts interviews each day with very creative people who often have some great, applicable advice. I'll post some of my favorite below.

Tomorrow, there will be an interview with Mathieu Bich on Spreadwave 2.0 and his tips on creativity.

Hope that helps!

Talking about Mathieu Bich I remember something he said in an interview. Start with something you don't like and strive to make it something you do :)
For me I find it easiest to have a set of goals that I'd like to achieve. My goal might be, develop a visual sandwich routine that works with a normal deck. I then strive to achieve that. The key is to not be limited by what you already know is possible and continue to learn :)

One thing I can say is that creativity is a skill. The more you use it, the better you get at being creative.
