Carnahan Fan

Can someone here tell us the origin of the carnahan fan? I think that it is because of the director of smokin aces called joe I think.. carnahan. db2 answer or someone that knows too

I had this question too, but I'm guessing it originated from the one hand fan? The name was just named after Joe Carnahan.

yeah its named after Joe who directed that horrible movie but the action is different enough from a conventional one handed fan to warrant it's own name as a unique move, definitely. although technically they're all "one handed fans" lol

yeah, but there's a million one handed fans, but there's differences and giving them separate names helps define them, like carnahan, smear, etc...

also, yes it's named after Joe Carnahan.

Sure there were good parts, for example when Ben Affleck was dead and 'talking' to that assassin, he gave in my opinion the best acting performance of his career...
