Why me not news about ten days？My dashboard always show submitted.Who encounter this situation? Please help me.

This very much depends on the effect and submission. In some cases, we do additional research or consult with outside experts to help determine whether something is original or previously published. In those cases, timing can extend beyond the 72 hour estimate. With regard to your submission (Criss), I'll check into this and make sure this gets resolved for you ASAP!
 
I am experiencing the same problem as well! I uploaded mine on the 28th AUG, so now it has been a little over 1 week. I am hoping to get a reply soon! The waiting is killing me! lol
