Target and monarchs

I want to buy the purple monarchs, but I don’t want to spend shipping for one deck, but I also don’t want to spend 50$ for free shipping. However ther is a target a mile from my house, would the targets have received the new deck by now?
Second question, target exclusive deck, is that a thing?

Purple Monarchs - These will likely eventually be available in Target. The process does not allow for us to drop new decks in all stores overnight. It just takes time to do this.

Target Exclusive - The Red High Victorian decks were a Target Exclusive. This is no longer exclusive to just Target, however right now you will only see these in big retailers.
