Speaking solely about the cardistry (since you did post it in the cardistry and flourishing forum), it could get smoother.
But the above suggestion makes no sense since you probably intended to make the cutting look hesitant. It adds a raw look to your performance, and also takes away somehow the idea that "His fingers just move at 3 x 10^8 m/s velocity".
