well the way u describe it, ya, its pointless. patter is alot of times crucial for missdirection though and it keeps the audience interested and entertained. but if your talking about to much patter then ur right, it is pointless.

thank you thats exactly what im saying. as far as the whole thing with Callahan, when someone is useing there talents for more than just entertainment, then it starts to cross moral boundaries. but we dont know if he was saying what he said on porpose or maybe he literaly has mental issues...

oh, definetly. Criss is one of my favorite magicians. he's a great magican, just not the best like people make him out to be. but people who bash him are arogent and dont really know what magic is and what it's suposed to be.
