Everything I've seen on their site says they ship most orders within one business day. Since it's the holidays, I assumed it would be a bit delayed but within a week. When there weren't any updates within that week, I tried emailing...no response. Is this typical? Will I be getting my shipment...

How useful would it be if Theory11 had an app. It could keep track of all of your videos, orders, and refills. It could update you on your shipments and forum replies/posts. You could have access to incredible magic with just a click. Thoughts?
