Hi everyone. I love Yigal Mesika's loops. The thing is, I bought the elastic thread, but I can't find any tutorials that show how to create your own loops. I also have the Legends videos, of course. I'm not trying to steal material or find out what magic is. What I need is to know the lengths they should be, how to tie the knot, etc. Any guidance?

I believe the title of the video I used to learn was called Million Dollar Knot
Length is going to be subjective. I always made my loops a bit longer than most people did when I used to use them.
