Alternate solution to Fitch Cheney 5-card trick?

Hey guys,

I've been thinking about this for a while and can't figure out why this won't work. The trick is the Fitch Cheney 5-card trick, which I'm sure a lot of you are familiar with. If you aren't, here's a link: http://headinside.blogspot.com/2008/08/fitch-cheney-card-trick.html

Here's the very simple solution I came up with - can you figure out what the flaw is?

1. Imagine these are the 5 cards: [][x][][][] (x means that it's flipped)
2. The position of the flipped card indicates suit, in CHaSeD order.
3. Now the only information left is the number, 1-13. The 4 remaining cards can be permuted in 4! = 24 ways, which is enough to determine 1 out of 13 cards.

That's all. This obviously seems flawed but I can't find the flaw.
