Buying decks on theory 11

How do you change the currency for the theory 11 decks? And how big is the shipping range?
I don't live in a village but am not exactly in one of the most popular cities of India
It is Asansol BTW...just in case you guys wanna view it in Google Maps

Your credit card should change the currency for you, but call first to make sure. You probably will be charged an extra fee for the exchange rate. As for shipping, put everything you wish to buy in your cart, and write your address and they will tell you the shipping price.
