Card Mug

What do you guys think ?

I was inspired by the latest SNC to make my own card sculpure.
A Mug made out of playing cards.

It took me around 4 hours. That includes the glue drying and making the blueprints.
I used a "Peanuts" mug for size

I decided to record the whole process in this cheap , and very unprofessional video. It is not a high definition theory11 medi video at all, but I thought i would show the a quick video showing each step.

I forgot about the T.v noise so sorry about that........

Well, first try failed. Came out too small and got rubber cement all over a new deck of cards . I will try a different blueprint after I get superglue.

I'm not sure if this'll work, but you could try making a silicone mold of the deck, by using a 2 part silicone mixture, and pouring wax or plaster into it (its all over YouTube). That way, you won't keep ruining a deck.

Also, if you spray something like never wet on the inside, and probably the outside, of the mug, and cover every square inch, it could function as a mug.

It could, but I would need to patch up some of the holes along the sides. Since I used staples and glue.

I think my new blueprint will work well for a tuck box. Also, once I get super glue it will work better than rubber cement.

I was working on a better case, but I turned it into a magic gimmick. I also decided not to do the Vlog style video or use Instagram, because I plan to do that for a better Tuck Case.

Looks like we had the same general idea. We should work on this together.
